Shipping Policy
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping cost, including packages returned due to customer negligence, or refused delivery. If an order is no longer wanted or needed it is the obligation of the customer to cancel the order before it is shipped.


  • Customers are responsible for up dating their billing and shipping information before merchandise is shipped.


  • We do not ship orders COD to new customers. There is an extra $6 - $8 charge for COD. We accept Visa and Master Card through PayPal. Orders are usually packed within 48 Hrs. allow for ship time.


  • Merchandise not in stock over $10 automatically are backordered unless requested otherwise. Shipping is charged on all backorders. Royal Treatment Body Oils Unlimited cannot guarantee that every item is in at all times, but usually we are prompt.


  • For advance payment by mail using a money order must have prior approval.


  • Domestic packages are normally shipped via USPS.


  • No packages to PO Boxes without prior approval.


  • Next Day or Express Mail require the customer to pay high shipping cost.


  • Missing items or incorrect items in orders must be reported to customer service within 2 business days after receipt of package.


  • All shipments are tracked by the US Postal Service and UPS.

  • RETURNS: Due to the nature of the personal body care business returns will not be accepted as we can not verify the contents are the originals.


  • Regarding Lost or Damaged Merchandise
    It is the responsibility of the customer to file claims for any damages to contents of packages shipped if the items were insured. To avoid problems follow these instructions:
    1. Inspect the contents of your shipment and check the merchandise carefully.
    2. If any damage is found, contact the Carrier if items were insured,(in most cases the UPS) and file a damages claim. Claim must be made within 3 business days after receiving you order.
    3. Keep the container, all the packing material, and invoice until the damage claim is settled. The package and contents will need to be inspected by the carrier if items were insured.
    4. After notifying the carrier, contact Royal Treatment Body Oils Unlimited at 770-266-7639 to report the damaged or lost package so that we can help facilitate your claim if your package was insured.
